Ingredients
| Hendrink’s Gin | 60ml |
| Gomo Sicilian lemon juice | 30ml |
| Sugar syrup | 15ml |
| Everyday Favourites strawberry jam | 1 tablespoon |
| Crushed ice |
Method
- Add the Hendrick’s, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and jam to a mixing glass
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice and strain the cocktail
