Ingredients
- Hendrink’s Gin 60ml
- Gomo Sicilian lemon juice 30ml
- Sugar syrup 15ml
- Everyday Favourites strawberry jam 1 tablespoon
- Crushed ice
Method
- Add the Hendrick’s, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and jam to a mixing glass
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice and strain the cocktail
