Ingredients
- Prep Premium Oriental Flame oil 30ml
- Jalapeño Peppers, thinly diced 2
- small tin of cooked mashed sweetcorn 1
- Everyday Favourites golden breadcrumbs 50g
- Spicy tomato salsa 20ml
- Everyday Favourites mayonnaise 20ml
- Mixed salad leaves, vine tomatoes to serve
Method
- In a bowl combine the jalapeño and sweetcorn.
- Form into small balls and coat in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot Prep Premium Oriental Flame oil (180°C) for 3 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Serve with a mixed leaves and tomato salad.
- Accompany with spicy tomato salsa and mayonnaise dips.
