Indian trio: Lamb skewers, saffron rice, Indian potato

  • Serves 1

Ingredients

Prep Premium Curry House 20ml
Tandoori spiced lamb 200g
Cherry tomatoes 8
Green chillis, sliced 4
Everyday Favourites Basmati rice 100g
Everyday Favourites ground turmeric 5g
Aloo Gobi:
Potatoes, boiled and diced 20g
Cauliflower, boiled and diced 10g
Tomato passata 100ml
Onions, sliced 10g
Everyday Favourites garam masala 5g

Method

  1. Intersperse the lamb, tomato and chilli on a kebab stick.
  2. Brush the meat with Prep Premium Curry House oil and grill for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Add turmeric to rice and cook for 10-12 minutes until fluffy.
  4. In a saucepan fry off the onions then add the passata, potatoes, cauliflower, onions and garam masala and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve the kebabs.
