Indian trio: Lamb skewers, saffron rice, Indian potato

Ingredients

  • Prep Premium CurryHouse oil 20ml
  • Tandoori spiced lamb 200g
  • Cherry tomatoes 8
  • Green chillis, sliced 4
  • Everyday Favourites Basmati rice 100g
  • Everyday Favourites ground turmeric 5g
  • Aloo Gobi:
  • Potatoes, boiled and diced 20g
  • Cauliflower, boiled and diced 10g
  • Tomato passata 100ml
  • Onions, sliced 10g
  • Everyday Favourites garam masala 5g

Method

  1. Intersperse the lamb, tomato and chilli on a kebab stick.
  2. Brush the meat with Prep Premium CurryHouse oil and grill for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Add turmeric to rice and cook for 10-12 minutes until fluffy.
  4. In a saucepan fry off the onions then add the passata, potatoes, cauliflower, onions and garam masala and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve the kebabs.
