Ingredients
- Prep Premium CurryHouse oil 20ml
- Tandoori spiced lamb 200g
- Cherry tomatoes 8
- Green chillis, sliced 4
- Everyday Favourites Basmati rice 100g
- Everyday Favourites ground turmeric 5g
- Aloo Gobi:
- Potatoes, boiled and diced 20g
- Cauliflower, boiled and diced 10g
- Tomato passata 100ml
- Onions, sliced 10g
- Everyday Favourites garam masala 5g
Method
- Intersperse the lamb, tomato and chilli on a kebab stick.
- Brush the meat with Prep Premium CurryHouse oil and grill for 10-12 minutes.
- Add turmeric to rice and cook for 10-12 minutes until fluffy.
- In a saucepan fry off the onions then add the passata, potatoes, cauliflower, onions and garam masala and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve the kebabs.
