|Waffle batter mix||100ml|
|Yarde Farm premium dairy clotted cream vanilla ice cream||2 scoops|
|Everyday Favourites aeresol cream||to serve|
|Dr. Oetker sugar strands||to serve|
|DaVinci gourmet butterscotch sauce||to serve|
- Pour the waffle mix into the waffle machine, remove once golden.
- Cut the waffle into four quarters.
- Stack the waffle quarters, sqirting the aeresol cream in between each layer.
- Top the waffle tower with a scoop of ice cream.
- Sprinkle with sugar strands and cover with a generous amount of butterscotch sauce.
