Ingredients
- Waffle batter mix 100ml
- Yarde Farm premium dairy clotted cream vanilla ice cream 2 scoops
- Everyday Favourites aeresol cream to serve
- Dr. Oetker sugar strands to serve
- DaVinci gourmet butterscotch sauce to serve
Method
- Pour the waffle mix into the waffle machine, remove once golden.
- Cut the waffle into four quarters.
- Stack the waffle quarters, sqirting the aeresol cream in between each layer.
- Top the waffle tower with a scoop of ice cream.
- Sprinkle with sugar strands and cover with a generous amount of butterscotch sauce.
