Ingredients
- Farmstead chicken thigh boneless skinless 80-100g 30
- Cuban chimichurri paste 280g
- Red pepper wedges 30 pieces
- Red onion wedges 30 pieces
- Pure olive oil 80ml
- Everyday Favourites crushed chillies 2g
- Everyday Favourites paprika 8g
Method
- Place the chicken thighs into a bowl and add the chimichurri paste, red pepper wedges, red onion wedges, olive oil, crushed chillies and paprika then mix together and marinate for one hour.
- Once marinated skewer all the ingredients and place onto the chargrill until the chicken is cooked.
- Serve with mixed cabbage slaw and flat breads of your choice.
