Ingredients
| Farmstead chicken thigh boneless skinless 80-100g | 30 |
| Cuban chimichurri paste | 280g |
| Red pepper wedges | 30 pieces |
| Red onion wedges | 30 pieces |
| Pure olive oil | 80ml |
| Everyday Favourites crushed chillies | 2g |
| Everyday Favourites paprika | 8g |
Method
- Place the chicken thighs into a bowl and add the chimichurri paste, red pepper wedges, red onion wedges, olive oil, crushed chillies and paprika then mix together and marinate for one hour.
- Once marinated skewer all the ingredients and place onto the chargrill until the chicken is cooked.
- Serve with mixed cabbage slaw and flat breads of your choice.
