Ingredients
| Edamame beans | 350g |
| Garlic cloves, crushed | 3 |
| Tahini | 120g |
| Water | 100ml |
| Coriander leaves, roughly chopped (reserve a few leaves for garnishing) | 1 bunch |
| Juice of 3 lemons | |
| Olive oil | 3 tbsp |
| Everyday Favourites salt | 1 tsp |
| Cumin | 1 tsp |
Method

- Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook the edamame beans to packet instructions. Once cooked, place into a bowl of iced water to cool. This will also stop the edamame beans from cooking further.
- Place edamame beans into a food processor along with all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Empty into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with freshly chopped coriander. Serve with vegetable crudites and crackers to dip.
