Greenyard Caribbean rice

Coconut milk 200g
Vegetable stock 100ml
Chilli pepper diced 1/2 tsp
Thyme 1 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Crushed dried chilli 1 tsp
Greenyard boiled rice (frozen) 600g
Black beans 400g
Everyday Favourites salt
Everyday Favourites pepper

  1. Bring the coconut milk, vegetable broth and spices to a boil.
  2. When boiling add the rice
  3. When hot, add the black beans and heat through.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
