Ingredients
| Coconut milk | 200g |
| Vegetable stock | 100ml |
| Chilli pepper diced | 1/2 tsp |
| Thyme | 1 tbsp |
| Oregano | 1 tsp |
| Crushed dried chilli | 1 tsp |
| Greenyard boiled rice (frozen) | 600g |
| Black beans | 400g |
| Everyday Favourites salt | |
| Everyday Favourites pepper |
Method

- Bring the coconut milk, vegetable broth and spices to a boil.
- When boiling add the rice
- When hot, add the black beans and heat through.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
