- Chilli pepper diced 1/2 tsp
- Thyme 1 tbsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Crushed dried chilli 1 tsp
- Greenyard boiled rice (frozen) 600g
- Black beans 400g
- Everyday Favourites salt
- Everyday Favourites pepper

- When boiling add the rice
- When hot, add the black beans and heat through.
