Greek style vegan feta salad

A prepared buckwheat salad with broccoli rice, broad beans and fine garden peas, with a sweet mustard sauce and finished with Greek style vegan feta.

Avocado halves, frozen 2
Vegan feta 300g
Everyday Favourites pea & mint falafel 20
Courgette 200g
Seed mix 25g
Pea shoots 50


  1. Defrost the salad and avocado as per instructions
  2. Crumble the Greek style feta and set to one side.
  3. Cook the falafel as per instructions.
  4. Slice and grill courgettes.
  5. Assemble the salad and top with chunks of avocado, falafel, courgette, seeds, cheese and peas shoots.
