Ingredients
| Slingsbury Gooseberry Gin | 50ml |
| Fresh squeezed lemon juice | |
| Pressed apple juice | |
| Gomme | |
| Egg white | |
| Edible flowers |
Method
- Add all the ingredients together and give a dry shake (no ice), which will start to beat the egg white.
- Add ice and shake until frothy.
- Fine strain into a chilled martini glass and top with edible flowers.
