Ingredients
| Salad | 800g |
| Coleslaw | 800g |
| Lemon | 1 |
| Orange | 1 |
| Coriander | 30g |
| Tofu | 800g |
| Sesame seeds | 2.5g |
| Black sesame seeds | 2.5g |
| Ginger garlic and chilli sauce | 100ml |
| Sriracha hot chilli sauce | 25ml |
| Crispy fried onions | 50g |
Method
- Make sure the salad is fully defrosted
- Into a bowl, place the slaw mix, use the juice of the lemon and orange and mix well
- Finely slice the coriander, mix well and set aside
- Cut the tofu into small cubes and set aside
- Mix the white and black sesame seeds together and set aside
- To make up the Buddha bowl, place the salad into the middle of the bowl, and around it place the slaw and tofu; drizzle the ginger, garlic and chili sauce over the tofu and then the sriracha sauce.
- Finally, sprinkle over the sesame seeds and crispy onions
