Giant couscous with lamb kibbeh

Ingredients

Giant couscous with spiced dressing 2kg
Lamb kibbeh 10
Middle Eastern hot sauce 200ml

Method

  1. Reheat the couscous as per the instructions
  2. Fry the lamb kibbeh until cooked
  3. Serve the couscous with the kibbeh and drizzle over the Middle Eastern hot sauce
  4. Serve with a butternut squash salad and flat bread
