Garlic, lemon and thyme chicken wrap

Chicken thigh marinated in garlic, lemon and thyme griddled and served on a wholemeal wrap with a beetroot and sunflower seed hummus.

Farmstead Halal chicken thigh boneless and skinless 100-140g 20

  1. Marinade the chicken in the garlic, thyme and lemon juice.
  2. Grate the beetroot stalks, fennel and carrot and then mix it all together with the mayonnaise.
  3. Mix the humus and diced beetroot together.
  4. Griddle the chicken and slice.
  5. To present place the wrap on the base and spoon the slaw and hummus onto the base. Add the sliced chicken and scatter with the seeds to top!
