| Farmstead Halal chicken thigh boneless and skinless 100-140g | 20 |
| Everyday Favourites garlic puree | 10g |
| Thyme | 5g |
| Lemon | 3g |
| Rubbed thyme | 5g |
| Broccoli loose | 500g |
| Fennel | 200g |
| Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise | 200ml |
| Ramona's Kitchen Houmous | 1kg |
| Beetroot sliced in water | 100g |
| Curtis sunflower seeds | 50g |
| Everyday Favourites wholemeal wheat flour tortilla 30cm (12") | 10 |
| Carrots Hydro-cool | 100g |
Method
- Marinade the chicken in the garlic, thyme and lemon juice.
- Grate the beetroot stalks, fennel and carrot and then mix it all together with the mayonnaise.
- Mix the humus and diced beetroot together.
- Griddle the chicken and slice.
- To present place the wrap on the base and spoon the slaw and hummus onto the base. Add the sliced chicken and scatter with the seeds to top!
