Game, set, mash bangers and mash

Ingredients

  • Cooking and baking spread 60g
  • Potatoes 1200g
  • Cracked black peppercorn 5g
  • Onions 200g
  • Pork chipolatas 20pcs
  • Bistos gravy granules 20g
  • Water 220ml

Method

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes. Place in a pan of water and cook until tender.
  2. Whilst the potatoes are cooking, place the sausages in the oven and cook at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until browned.
  3. Slice the onions and dry fry in a saucepan until tender, then add 220ml of water.
  4. Bring the water and the onions to the boil, then add the gravy
