Ingredients
| Turkey escalopes 227g | 4 |
| Buttermilk | 350g |
| Everyday Favourties plain white flour | 200g |
| Panko breadcrumbs | 150g |
| Everyday Favourites salt | 5g |
| Farmstead smoked rindless streaky bacon | 120g |
| Everyday Favourites pure Canadian maple syrup | 40g |
| Everyday Favourites gluten free fine gravy granules | 100g |
| Breaded brie wedges | 8 |
| Brioche burger bun | 4 |
| Pigs in blankets | 100g |
Method
- Remove the turkey from the packaging and allow to breath
- Marinate in the buttermilk for up to 2 hours in the chiller
- Mix the flour, panko and salt together and set to one side
- Coat the turkey with the mix and deep fry until cooked
- Place the bacon onto a tray and coat with maple syrup and freshly cracked black pepper and grill until cooked and caramelised
- Make the gravy as per the instructions and keep hot
- Fry the brie and keep warn
- Toast the bun and keep warm
- Cook the pigs in blankets and keep warm
- Assemble the burger and tip with a pig in blanket and then drizzle with gravy
