Ingredients: 1 can Funkin Cocktail espresso martini; 50ml Rum & Raisin ice cream (frozen); 100ml Cola-Cola Original Taste (can); 5g Lotus Biscoff Crumbs; 5g BB Herb micro viola flowers (chilled)

A quick and easy twist on the classic cola float, our espresso martini float would make a great dessert or a fun after-dinner drink.

Ingredients

Funkin Cocktail espresso martini	1 can
Rum & Raisin ice cream (frozen)	50ml
Cola-Cola Original Taste (can)	100ml
Lotus Biscoff Crumbs	5g
BB Herb micro viola flowers (chilled)	5g

Method

Method:

Mix 100ml of cola with 200ml of the espresso martini into a glass.
Add one large scoop of rum and raisin ice cream
Finally, top it off with a small handful of Biscoff crumb and some edible flowers for decoration. Enjoy!
