1. Bake the bread loaf according to the usual instructions and cut it horizontally.
2. Then slice the mozzarella balls and cut the tomatoes finely.
3. Spread a layer of pesto on the bottom of the half bread.
4. Layer the tomato slices over the pesto and place the mozzarella slices on the top of the tomatoes.
5. Then drizzle a little olive oil over and add the basil leaves on top.
6. Close the sandwich with the other half of the bread.
7. Cut the sandwich into small portions for sharing.
