Method

- Bake the bread loaf according to the usual instructions and cut it horizontally.
- Then slice the mozzarella balls and cut the tomatoes finely.
- Spread a layer of pesto on the bottom of the half bread.
- Layer the tomato slices over the pesto and place the mozzarella slices on the top of the tomatoes.
- Then drizzle a little olive oil over and add the basil leaves on top.
- Close the sandwich with the other half of the bread.
- Cut the sandwich into small portions for sharing.
