- Sugar 260g
- Stale pains au chocolat 300g
- Everyday Favourites salted butter 120g
- Dark chocolate 150g
- Everyday Favourites free range eggs 150g
- Pecan nuts 100g

- Whisk the sugar and pains au chocolat in a mixer until the mixture becomes sandy in texture.
- Melt the butter.
- When it starts to boil, pour over the chocolate and mix well.
- Add the eggs, mix.
- Pour over the pain chocolat/sugar mixture and combine.
- Add the pecans, mix.
- Pour into a 20 cm square mould.
- Bake for 18 minutes at 170°C.
- Leave to cool for 20 minutes before cutting.
