Date & coconut flapjack

    Everyday Favourites unsalted butter 150g
    Everyday Favourites squeezy clear blossom honey 180g
    Everyday Favourites chopped dates 110g
    Mornflake rolled oats 290g
    Everyday Favourites medium desiccated coconut 70g


    1. Pre-heat the oven to gas mark 4 or 180°c.
    2. Line a 20cm cake tin with baking paper or grease the tin.
    3. In a pan melt the butter and honey.
    4. Then add the dates, oats and coconut and fold together.
    5. Place the mix in the tin and bake for 15 mins or until cooked through.
