|Everyday Favourites unsalted butter||150g|
|Everyday Favourites squeezy clear blossom honey||180g|
|Everyday Favourites chopped dates||110g|
|Mornflake rolled oats||290g|
|Everyday Favourites medium desiccated coconut||70g|
- Pre-heat the oven to gas mark 4 or 180°c.
- Line a 20cm cake tin with baking paper or grease the tin.
- In a pan melt the butter and honey.
- Then add the dates, oats and coconut and fold together.
- Place the mix in the tin and bake for 15 mins or until cooked through.
