Ingredients
| Everyday Favourites unsalted butter | 150g |
| Everyday Favourites squeezy clear blossom honey | 180g |
| Everyday Favourites chopped dates | 110g |
| Mornflake rolled oats | 290g |
| Everyday Favourites medium desiccated coconut | 70g |
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to gas mark 4 or 180°c.
- Line a 20cm cake tin with baking paper or grease the tin.
- In a pan melt the butter and honey.
- Then add the dates, oats and coconut and fold together.
- Place the mix in the tin and bake for 15 mins or until cooked through.
