Ingredients
- Brioche burger bun 4.5” (frozen) 10 buns
- Cocktail gherkins 200g
- British smoked sliced ham (Red Tractor, chilled) 600g
- Monterey Jack cheese slices (chilled) 200g
- American mustard 100ml
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180C.
- Slice the burger bun in half and toast them until golden.
- Slice the gherkins and set aside.
- Place the ham, cheese and sliced gherkins on one side of the bun.
- Place the mustard on the other side. Close the burger up and place into the oven until the cheese is melted.
