Ingredients
- Kerrymaid pizza grate 113g
- Red peppers 70-90mm 57g
- Everyday Favourites ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Everyday Favourites garlic powder 1/2 tsp
- Chef William cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp
- Everyday Favourites mayonnaise 100g
- Everyday Favourites lamb burger 4
- 3663 Unsmoked rindless back bacon 4
- Premium Selection brioche burger bun 4
- Monterey Jack slices 4 slices
Method
- Combine the Kerrymaid Grated Red, cherry peppers, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and mayonnaise in a blender and chill for two hours to allow the flavours to develop.
- Place the burgers on the barbecue.
- Grill the bacon until crisp.
- Place the burgers on the bun and top with a Kerrymaid Original Slice.
- Spread a generous amount of the mayonnaise and top with the sliced bacon.
