Crumbled bacon & cheesemelt burger

Ingredients

  • Kerrymaid pizza grate 113g
  • Red peppers 70-90mm 57g
  • Everyday Favourites ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Everyday Favourites garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chef William cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Everyday Favourites mayonnaise 100g
  • Everyday Favourites lamb burger 4
  • 3663 Unsmoked rindless back bacon 4
  • Premium Selection brioche burger bun 4
  • Monterey Jack slices 4 slices

Method

  1. Combine the Kerrymaid Grated Red, cherry peppers, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and mayonnaise in a blender and chill for two hours to allow the flavours to develop.
  2. Place the burgers on the barbecue.
  3. Grill the bacon until crisp.
  4. Place the burgers on the bun and top with a Kerrymaid Original Slice.
  5. Spread a generous amount of the mayonnaise and top with the sliced bacon.
