|Paragon crispy battered chicken fillets||4|
|Dijon mustard||1 tsp|
|Lemon zest||½ lemon|
|Everyday Favourites light mayonnaise||4 tbsp|
|Ciabatta buns, warm or toasted||4|
- Place chicken fillets on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200°C, Gas Mark 6 and cook for 18-20 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
- Alternatively fry in hot oil at 180°C for approximately 6 minutes, drain well before serving. Beat the lemon zest, juice and lots of black pepper into the mayonnaise.
- Spread some of the mayo onto the bottom halves of the buns, top with a crispy battered chicken fillet and salad of your choice and serve.
