|Honey BBQ sauce:|
|Everyday Favourites tomato ketchup||2 cups|
|Apple cider vinegar||1/2 cup|
|Light brown sugar||5 tbsps|
|Everyday Favourites clear blossom honey||1/4 cup|
|Everyday Favourites ground black pepper||1 tsp|
|Onion powder||1/2 tbsp|
|Ground mustard||1/2 tbsp|
|Lemon juice||1 tbsp|
|Lea & Perrins worcestershire sauce||1 tbsp|
- Place chicken chucks on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200°C, Gas Mark 6 and cook for 15-16 minutes.
- Turn halfway through cooking. Alternatively fry in hot oil at 180°C for approximately 5-6 minutes, drain well before serving.
- Honey BBQ Sauce – combine all ingredients in a saucepan and let come to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook uncovered for approximately 2 hours, stirring occasionally. The mixture will thicken and reduce a little.
- Serve immediately.
