Ingredients
| Paragon crispy battered chicken chunks | 7 chunks per serving |
| Honey BBQ sauce: | |
| Everyday Favourites tomato ketchup | 2 cups |
| Water | 1 cup |
| Apple cider vinegar | 1/2 cup |
| Light brown sugar | 5 tbsps |
| Everyday Favourites clear blossom honey | 1/4 cup |
| Molasses | 1/2 tbsp |
| Everyday Favourites ground black pepper | 1 tsp |
| Onion powder | 1/2 tbsp |
| Ground mustard | 1/2 tbsp |
| Lemon juice | 1 tbsp |
| Lea & Perrins worcestershire sauce | 1 tbsp |
Method
- Place chicken chucks on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200°C, Gas Mark 6 and cook for 15-16 minutes.
- Turn halfway through cooking. Alternatively fry in hot oil at 180°C for approximately 5-6 minutes, drain well before serving.
- Honey BBQ Sauce - combine all ingredients in a saucepan and let come to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook uncovered for approximately 2 hours, stirring occasionally. The mixture will thicken and reduce a little.
- Serve immediately.
