Crispy chicken bites in sweet chilli sauce

Paragon crispy battered chicken chunks 24
Sweet chilli sauce 125ml
1 lime halved
Steamed rice to serve


  1. Place chicken chucks on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200°C, Gas Mark 6 and cook for 15-16 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
  2. Alternatively fry in hot oil at 180°C for approximately 5-6 minutes, drain well before serving.
  3. Heat a wok to medium heat. Add the sweet chilli sauce. Simmer, stirring, for 1-2 min or until heated through. Add the chicken chunks and juice of 1/2 lime. Toss to coat. Serve with steamed rice and the remaining lime.
