Ingredients
- Paragon crispy battered chicken chunks 24
- Sweet chilli sauce 125ml
- 1 lime halved
- Steamed rice to serve
Method
- Place chicken chucks on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200°C, Gas Mark 6 and cook for 15-16 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
- Alternatively fry in hot oil at 180°C for approximately 5-6 minutes, drain well before serving.
- Heat a wok to medium heat. Add the sweet chilli sauce. Simmer, stirring, for 1-2 min or until heated through. Add the chicken chunks and juice of 1/2 lime. Toss to coat. Serve with steamed rice and the remaining lime.
