Premium Selection brioche burger bun 1
Farmstead fresh beef burger 112g
Premium Selection pulled beef chilli 100g
Franks red hot chilli 'n' lime sauce 2g
Cos lettuce 10g
Beef tomato 25g (1 slice)
Red onion 15g


  1. Toast the bun.
  2. Chargrill the burger until core temperature reaches 72oC.
  3. Heat the beef in the pouch until core temperature reaches 72oC.
  4. Build the burger - bun base, cos lettuce, burger, chilli beef, tomato, hot sauce, red onion, toasted burger top.
