Cheesy potato, mushroom, spinach and egg bites hotbox

Ingredients

  • Everyday Favourites sauté potatoes 1.2kg
  • Macphie cheddar cheese sauce 500ml
  • Cooked baby leaf spinach - cooked 80g
  • Everyday Favourites sliced mushrooms 140g
  • British free range scrambled egg bites – cheese 60
  • Stokes tomato chutney 200g
  • Everyday Favourites grated mozzarella & mild cheddar mix 120g
  • Fresh parsley 10g

Method

  1. Cook the potatoes as per instructions and set to one side.
  2. Mix in the cheese sauce, spinach, drained sliced mushrooms and place into you chosen container.
  3. Top with egg bites, tomato chutney and grated cheese and finish in the oven or microwave.
  4. Top with chopped parsley to finish.
