Ingredients
- Everyday Favourites sauté potatoes 1.2kg
- Macphie cheddar cheese sauce 500ml
- Cooked baby leaf spinach - cooked 80g
- Everyday Favourites sliced mushrooms 140g
- British free range scrambled egg bites – cheese 60
- Stokes tomato chutney 200g
- Everyday Favourites grated mozzarella & mild cheddar mix 120g
- Fresh parsley 10g
Method
- Cook the potatoes as per instructions and set to one side.
- Mix in the cheese sauce, spinach, drained sliced mushrooms and place into you chosen container.
- Top with egg bites, tomato chutney and grated cheese and finish in the oven or microwave.
- Top with chopped parsley to finish.
