Ingredients
| Butternut squash | 2 |
| Red onions | 500g |
| Olive oil | 30ml |
| Sea salt | 4g |
| Everyday Favourites clear blossom honey | 30g |
| Everyday Favourites dry oregano | 5g |
| Garlic, peeled and chopped | 10g |
| Rosemary, chopped | 4g |
| Red chillis, diced | 10g |
| Halloumi | 500g |
Method
- Peel and chop the butternut squash into even size chunks and do the same with the red onions
- Mix together in a bowl and add all the other ingredients apart from the halloumi, then roast until tender and golden
- Pan fry the halloumi or chargrill if preferred and add to the warm salad
- Serve as a starter or main course as desired
