- Buttermilk chicken fillets 10
- Franks red hot buffalo wings sauce 60g
- Cheddar slices with jalapeño peppers 10
- Everyday Favourites grated mozzarella & mild Cheddar mix 40g
- Lion chipotle mayonnaise 300ml
- Lion Louisiana BBQ sauce 300ml
- French’s American mustard 200ml
- Everyday Favourites crispy fried onions 100g
Method
1. Cook the buttermilk chicken as per instructions. 2. Once cooked, chop the chicken into even size pieces and tumble in the Buffalo sauce. 3. Top your fries with the chicken pieces, grated cheese, and cheese slice and grill until melted. 4. Drizzle with chipotle mayonnaise and BBQ sauce and finish with mustard and crispy onion flakes.
