Ingredients
For the sauce use one of: | |
Callebaut® 811 dark chocolate callets | 25g |
Callebaut® 823 milk chocolate callets | 25g |
Callebaut® W2 white chocolate callets | 25g |
Whipping cream | 20ml |
Method
Flavour combo 1
Raspberries, flaked almonds, vanilla ice cream and white chocolate sauce
Flavour combo 2
Blueberries, cherries, vanilla cream and dark chocolate sauce
Flavour combo 3
Banana, caramel, whipped cream and dark chocolate sauce
Flavour combo 4
Apple, granola and milk chocolate sauce
- Chop the fruit.
- Bake the waffle as per instructions.
- Place the chocolate into a bowl with the cream.
- Heat gradually in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until you have a smooth, creamy chocolate sauce.
- Once baked serve the waffles and stack with the fruit and sauce.
