Brownie with banoffee ice cream and miso caramel bananas

1. Warm the brownie until soft and gooey.
2. Heat the salted caramel sauce gently and whisk in the miso stock until smooth.
3. Slice the banana into coins or strips.
4. Place the warm brownie in the centre of the plate.
5. Spoon the miso caramel sauce around or over the brownie.
6. Add a scoop of banoffee ice cream on top of the warm brownie.
7. Finish with the sliced banana, arranging it neatly around or over the dessert.
