Brownie trio platter

Everyday Favourites unsalted butter 245g
Brown sugar 265g
Caster sugar 350g
Everyday Favourites large fresh eggs 5
Everyday Favourites plain flour 500g
Baking powder 9g
Callebaut® W2 white chocolate callets 100g
Salt pinch of


  1. Melt the butter and sugar together, then allow to cool.
  2. Add the eggs into the mixture.
  3. Sieve all of the dry ingredients together and fold through the mix.
  4. Melt the white chocolate and fold through the cake mix.
  5. Pour into a lined 20cm cake tin and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
