Breakfast burger

    Gourmet Sourdough bun 1
    Tranfield sliced lorne sausage (14 slices/kg) 1
    Everyday Favourites free range medium eggs 1
    Emmental slices 1
    Zorba delicacies guacamole 30g


    1. Toast the bun.
    2. Griddle the lorne sausage for 3 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden with a slight crust.
    3. Fry the egg in an egg ring on the griddle and turn over to seal the egg until the yolk is just set.
    4. Build as follows - base of bun, lorne sausage, Emmental cheese slice, fried egg, guacamole, toasted burger top.
    5. Serve with sauce as required.
