- Rub the cajun seasoning into the burger and allow to flavour for 15 minutes.
- Chargrill the burger until core temperature reaches 75oC, top with the blue cheese and allow to melt slightly.
- Build the burger – cos lettuce leaf, cheese topped burger, guacamole, drizzle of garlic & heb mayo, top with the other cos leaf.
