BLT flatbread

Cooked unsmoked back bacon 50g
Plain flatbread 1
Round tomatoes 30g
Mixed leaf salad 30g
Everyday Favourites mayonnaise 25ml
Sriracha hot chilli sauce 10ml
Greek style yogurt 10g


  1. Warm the bacon and flatbread in a preheated oven at 180°c for 5 minutes.
  2. Slice the tomato and place the flat bread onto a plate. Place the bacon, lettuce and tomato on top and drizzle on mayonnaise. Fold up the ends and roll length ways in to a cigar shape, cut on an angle, garnish with a drizzle of sriracha and yoghurt, for extra texture sprinkle with toasted seeds.
