Bloody Mary crab salad

Everyday Favourites mayonnaise 150ml
Everyday Favourites tomato ketchup 100ml
Worcestershire sauce 3ml
Pepper sauce 3ml
Vodka 3ml
Fennel, finely chopped 0.5g
Orange, finely sliced 1/2
Lemon juice 30ml
Rockport pasteurised white crab meat 150g
Dill, chopped 0.5g
Ripe avocado, sliced 1


  1. For the Bloody Mary sauce, combine: mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, pepper sauce and vodka in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Finely slice the fennel and the orange, add to a bowl and coat in lemon juice with a pinch of salt. Set aside until required.
  3. Mix the crab meat with chopped dill and sliced avocado.
  4. Combine the crab meat with the bowl of fennel and orange.
  5. Assemble your salad with layers of lettuce, fennel salad mix and crab throughout.
  6. Drizzle with Bloody Mary sauce and serve.
