Black + White honeycomb latté

Ingredients

  • Monin honeycomb syrup 10 mls/1 pump
  • Black + White Msia Coffee Club Medium Roast 100% Tanzanian arabica beans 1 single shot
  • Steamed milk to serve
  • Whipped cream top with
  • Cadbury Crunchie chocolate bar 1

Method

  1. Combine the coffee and the syrup in the serving cup.
  2. Stir and set aside.
  3. Half the Cadbury Crunchie chocolate bar and crush one half.
  4. Steam the milk in pitcher (medium stretch, careful spinning and folding).
  5. Pour the steamed milk into serving cup, stirring gently.
  6. Garnish with the whipped cream on top, a sprinkling of crushed Crunchie and the rest of the bar sticking out the top.
