Black + White gingerbread latté

Ingredients

  • Monin gingerbread syrup 10 mls/1 pump
  • Black + White Msia Coffee Club medium roast 100% Tanzanian arabica beans 1 single shot
  • Steamed milk to serve
  • Whipped cream top with
  • Individually wrapped mini gingerbread men 1

Method

  1. Combine the coffee and the syrup in the serving cup.
  2. Stir and set aside.
  3. Steam the milk in pitcher (medium stretch, careful spinning and folding).
  4. Pour the steamed milk into serving cup, stirring gently.
  5. Garnish with the whipped cream on top, a sprinkling of ginger or chocolate if the customer wishes and a mini gingerbread man.
