    Big Al’s Lightly Dusted Wings
    Everyday Favourites BBQ sauce
    Sriracha sauce
    Everyday Favourites sweet chilli sauce
    Peri peri sauce
    Masala sauce
    To make the masala sauce
    Natural yoghurt
    Masala curry paste
    Onion, finely chopped
    Tomato, finely chopped
    Red chilli, finely chopped
    Lemon juice

    1. Cook Big Al’s Lightly Dusted Chicken Wings as per pack instructions.
    2. Toss some wings in BBQ sauce, others in sriracha sauce, and sweet chilli and keep some plain for dipping.
    3. Drizzle extra BBQ sauce on the BBQ tossed wings. Serve the tossed siracha and sweet chilli wings in separate bowls. Serve with peri peri dipping sauce and masala sauce for the plain wings.
    4. To create our signature masala sauce; In a bowl mix natural yoghurt and masala curry paste. Finely chop onion, tomato, red chilli, and coriander and add to the yoghurt mix. Season to taste with salt and lemon juice.
