Banoffee cheesecake

Banoffee cheesecake with whipped cream, caramel, banana and chocolate

Vanilla cheesecake, readymade 1
Double cream 400ml
Caster sugar 100g
Caramel condensed milk 200g
Banana 1kg
Mint 20g
Milk chocolate 90g


  1. Defrost the cheesecake
  2. Whip the cream with 1/4 of the sugar and 1/4 of the caramel sauce leave in the fridge.
  3. Glaze peeled banana and slice then fold through the cream mix.
  4. Top the cheesecake with the mix and then finish with warmed caramel sauce, mint and grated chocolate.
