Ingredients: 1 Vanilla cheesecake, readymade; 400ml Double cream; 100g Caster sugar; 200g Caramel condensed milk; 1kg Banana; 20g Mint; 90g Milk chocolate

Double cream 400ml
Caster sugar 100g
Caramel condensed milk 200g
Banana 1kg
Mint 20g
Milk chocolate 90g

Method

Defrost the cheesecake
Whip the cream with 1/4 of the sugar and 1/4 of the caramel sauce leave in the fridge.
Glaze peeled banana and slice then fold through the cream mix.
Top the cheesecake with the mix and then finish with warmed caramel sauce, mint and grated chocolate.
