Ingredients
| Vanilla cheesecake, readymade | 1 |
| Double cream | 400ml |
| Caster sugar | 100g |
| Caramel condensed milk | 200g |
| Banana | 1kg |
| Mint | 20g |
| Milk chocolate | 90g |
Method
- Defrost the cheesecake
- Whip the cream with 1/4 of the sugar and 1/4 of the caramel sauce leave in the fridge.
- Glaze peeled banana and slice then fold through the cream mix.
- Top the cheesecake with the mix and then finish with warmed caramel sauce, mint and grated chocolate.
