Ingredients
| Ardo mango | 200g |
| Ardo shallots | 30g |
| Ardo ginger | 5g |
| Ardo red chilli diced | 5g |
| Ardo garlic diced | 5g |
| White wine vinegar | 1 tbsp |
| Water | 2 tbsps |
| Sugar | 50g |
| Clove | 1 |
| Olive oil | for frying |
| Everyday Favourites salt | a pinch |
Method

- Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the mango, shallots, ginger, chili and garlic.
- Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 30 minutes on a low heat.
- Add a pinch of salt at the end.
- Serve the chutney with a cheese platter, pate or charcuterie.
