- Ardo mango 200g
- Ardo shallots 30g
- Ardo ginger 5g
- Ardo red chilli diced 5g
- Ardo garlic diced 5g
- White wine vinegar 1 tbsp
- Water 2 tbsps
- Sugar 50g
- Clove 1
- Olive oil for frying
- Everyday Favourites salt a pinch
Method

- Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the mango, shallots, ginger, chili and garlic.
- Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 30 minutes on a low heat.
- Add a pinch of salt at the end.
- Serve the chutney with a cheese platter, pate or charcuterie.
