| Schweppes Ginger Beer | 150ml |

- Take a chilled Highball glass and fill it to the top with high quality ice.
- Add the spiced rum and lime juice.
- Slowly pour in the chilled Schweppes Ginger beer.
- Stir gently to ensure maximum fizz.
- Top with additional ice, if needed, to prevent your ice from floating.
- Garnish with a lime disc.
