A bit about the role

You’ll be supporting the operation deliver the correct food and non-food products to our customers on time.

You will work Sun – Thurs working the night shift performing a variation of tasks involving picking and loading products and checking off orders against pick sheet requirements. In this role you will also perform shunting duties in the depot yard, placing HGVs on to loading bays to ensure that the fleet is loaded on time and to the required food standards. You will monitor pre-loaded vehicle temperatures throughout the night shift in order to maintain the required food temperatures. On occasion there may be a requirement to collect sub supply from other Bidfood depot. The variation of duties keeps the role fresh and exciting!

A bit about you

You’ll possess a Category C LGV Licence. You’ll also enjoy a challenge and care about helping our customers.

You must have the ability to lift objects up to 25 kilogrammes to perform this role and work in all ambient, chill and freezer chambers.
